VIRGINIA BEACH FUNK FEST BEACH PARTY
August 27 & 28, 2021

For 12 years the Virginia Beach Funk Fest Beach Party has brought the “funk” to the oceanfront for two days of electrifying music, great food, and unique vendors.

LABOR DAY WEEKEND OCEANFRONT CONCERT SERIES
September 3-5, 2021; 7:00 pm- 11:00pm. At 17th, 24th & 31st Street Parks.
National recording artists you know and love take to the oceanfront park stages on Labor Day Weekend, September 3-5, for a salute to all things music.

Rock ‘n’ Roll Virginia Beach Half Marathon
September 4 – September 5
Rock ‘n’ Roll Running Series Virginia Beach will have you movin’ and groovin’ with endless ocean views, a trendy backdrop and tunes all weekend long provided by the largest outdoor music festival on the East Coast. Escape your routine and join us for a sandy staycation by the sea. We’re celebrating 20 years running with all new courses, an epic new finish line, and a beachy finish line festival for all ages.

BEACH MUSIC WEEKEND
September 10-12, 2021
Beach Music Weekend features bands on the beach with dancing under the stars for a jam-packed blast from the past! The top Beach Music bands from up and down the East Coast descend on the Virginia Beach oceanfront in a nostalgic salute to the “good old days” of hot tunes and cool times.

Family Great Adventure Movie Series: Every Wednesday on the beach at 29th street.

The Family Great Adventure Movie Series, taking place weekly during the months of July and August, features a giant inflatable movie screen and state-of-the-art sound to present your family-friendly action films – right on the beach.

Live! on Atlantic – All Summer

Nightly entertainment throughout the season, from 7:00 pm – 11 pm. The concert series is always family-friendly, as the sidewalks along the boardwalk literally become the stage

The Virginia International Tattoo is an exhibition of marching bands, massed pipes and drums, drill teams, gymnasts, Scottish dancers, choirs, and more.

Totally Tribute Music Fest (Formerly Sandstock)

Live music on the oceanfront featuring music genres ranging from classic rock to pop to country. event details
